Les Ateliers Zest provides you with the expertise you are looking for for all your beauty product needs. Here is a collection of the questions our customers ask us most often. If you don't find the answer you were looking for, let us know and we will contact you as soon as possible.

  • I have a question or comment regarding a product, how can I contact you?
  • For any questions or comments, you can email us atinfo@lesatelierszest.com
    We will be happy to respond to you within 24 to 48 hours.

  • The product I received is damaged, what can I do?
  • Send us an email to info@lesatelierszest.com with a brief description of the problem accompanied by a photo of the damaged product within 24 hours of the date of receipt of the order.
    We only accept returns or refunds for products that are defective. They must be returned in new condition and in their original packaging in perfect condition at your expense.
    Please note that we are not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during transportation. However, our products are carefully packaged to avoid these problems wherever possible.

  • How can I change my order or delivery address?
  • Contact us within 24 hours of paying for your purchase and we will be happy to help you.

  • Can I find your products in store?
  • At the moment, we do not have a physical store. You can make your purchases online. However, we are present in various Trade Shows and Markets in Greater Montreal.

  • What are the delivery times ?
  • As soon as you place your order, you will generally receive it within 3 to 5 business days. If the product is out of stock, we will offer you a substitute product.

  • Are there delivery charges?
  • Delivery costs are calculated based on your receiving address. Generally for a small package, the departure fee is $13

  • Do you deliver internationally?
  • For the moment we only deliver to Canada, but we are working very hard to offer our products internationally.
